Top Bands Of All Time Who Never Won A Grammy Award

I was playing at a local club last Saturday for a 40th birthday and as usual the conversation soon moved from the music I was playing to the "best of" category. We were trying to come up with the best bands/performers of all times. Obviously we never all agreed on the same names and some suggestions were rather surprising to say the least.
On my return home I searched the internet for lists of the top bands of all time, as opined by Cashbox, Rolling Stone and a few other "experts" in the field of ratings. Some lists were ridiculous and some not too bad although my top 50 would always differ from any of these "official" lists.
One of these lists caught my attention and I was gobsmacked at what I saw. The topic is top bands/performers who never ever scored a Grammy. Check through this list and be truly flabbergasted!
This is a list of 47 incredibly influential artists, who have never won a Grammy. There's some big names here. Not fair!
